Dear Mr. Toby Mack, Ladies and Gentlemen!

Good morning!

Thanks for the invitation from Mr. Toby Mack!

I’d like to bring you the best wishes for the New Year from Mr. Du, the chairman of DCCCM with more than 300 members and 150,000 staff.

As the executive president of DCCCM, first of all, I’d like to share the development of China construction machinery industry, and commercial opportunities for DCCCM as a result of a prolonged period of urbanization and industrialization in China.  And also, I’m going to introduce SEVALO Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Where I’m working for , and present a desire for cooperation.

China construction machinery industry has been growing rapidly with the help of increasing work experiences from the successive investment by the machinery industry in America, Japan, Korea, and Germany over the past 15 years, especially the latest 9 years after the founding of DCCCM. The current data shows that 172,815 excavators and 246,720 loaders were sold in 2011. It is estimated that the sales volume will be 140 billion USD in the year of 2015 with the 17.6% of annual rate.

China, with a population of 1.3 billion and 48% of rate of urbanization over the past 30 years, may take 30-40 years to keep pace with the urbanization level of USA. In this period of time, Industrialization process will create increasing requirements for construction machinery. Key issues, such as full employment, housing, public road, railway, municipal construction, electricity industry, etc. are not only the chance for Chinese construction machinery industry, but also for the enterprises and individuals in the industry throughout the world, including AED .

To be honest, the extensive development of the members of DCCCM has shortcomings, while American counterparts have set good examples for us. In addition, I believe that there are many chances for cooperation between us, such as re-manufacturing for the whole or parts of the machinery, leasing services, management technology, talents exchange and training etc. So I hope we can look ahead, compensate for each other, and cooperate intimately.

Now let me introduce SEVALO Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd, where I am the president.

SEVALO is a young and energetic corporation with more than 1,700 staff, 320 million USD sales, and 13.5 million USD profit in 2011.  However, just 9 years ago, it was set up with only 9 people and 60,000 USD capital. Our business scope includes the sales & maintenance of whole machinery, spare parts sales, training, insurance, micro-credit, and re-manufacturing.

We hope to cooperate with outstanding enterprises and professional managers in the field of re-manufacturing technologies and management, leasing operation etc.

Ladies and gentlemen, let us facilitate the communication and cooperation on the economic growth and reconstruction of our countries, and development of the members of the two organizations.
