At this moment when we are seeing off 2022 and ushering in the Spring Festival of 2023, I would like to, on behalf of XCMG Group as well as the the Party Committee , the Board of Directors and the management team of XCMG Machinery, pay a New Year's greetings to all of you! In addition, I would like to extend my highest respect and best wishes to the retired employees, their families, the leaders at all levels who care about and support the development of XCMG, and the friends from all walks of life!

By resisting the pressure and overcoming various difficulties, we maintained our leading position in traditional pillar industries, achieved the growth of more than 30% in strategic emerging industries, and realized the double growth in the new energy track.

我们胸怀天下、努力攀登，国际化收入持续攀高，工程机械蝉联全球行业第三位，徐工品牌位列“世界品牌500强”第386位。

With the world in mind and hard work, we got the international income increased continuously, got XCMG Machinery ranked third in the global industry, and got XCMG brand ranked No. 386 in the "Top-500 World Brands". 

这份成绩，实属不易；这份感激，永在心底。我们始终牢记习近平总书记视察徐工集团时的谆谆教导和殷切嘱托，我们感恩奋进、矢志践行，以实际行动交出了合格答卷。

This achievement did not come easily; this gratitude is always in my heart. The most fundamental reason lies in the earnest instructions given by the President Xi Jinping when he inspected XCMG. With a grateful heart and through hard work, we delivered the qualified answers by practical actions.
