1. 中化国际招标有限责任公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受招标人委托，邀请有意向的潜在投标人就北京绿海能环保有限责任公司（以下简称“招标人”）的下列货物和有关服务分别或合并提交密封投标：

垃圾抓斗起重机系统设备供货及技术服务

（技术参数详见招标文件技术规格书）

起重机数量：起重机数量 2台（套）、抓斗数量 3（主抓斗）+1（辅助抓斗）套

投标人应获得所投设备制造商对于本项目的正式授权，并提供授权书正本，否则不予认可。

本系统所采用的设备应采用目前先进的技术，即具有高的可靠性、可操作性、在中国大陆有维修基地或服务中心，且近五年至少在中国大陆以及欧洲各具有2台(套)2年以上相同技术性能的装置的运行业绩，并提供用户证明文件。

2. 有意向的潜在投标人可从中化国际招标有限责任公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。

3. 有意向的潜在投标人可从2012年7月6日起至2012年7月26日下午2时购买，每天（节假日除外）9:00时至16:00时（北京时间）在下列地点购买招标文件，本招标文件每套(包)售价为5000元人民币或787美元，售后不退。（如需电子版（PDF格式）须另加500.00元人民币或150.00美元；邮购须另加200.00元人民币或30.00美元）。

1. Sinochem International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tendering Agent") appointed by the tender hereby invites interested potential bidders to submit sealed bids separately or in combination to the following goods and related services of Beijing Lvhaineng Environmental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tenderer"):

Supply and Technical Service for Refuse Grab(bing) Crane (RGC) System Equipment ( technical parameters is in the tender documents technical specification ) Crane number: 2( sets), grab the number3(the main grab) +1( auxiliary grab) set

Bidders not being equipment manufacturers shall obtain valid authorization from manufacturers in original copy. Otherwise not be recognized

Equipment used in this system shall adopt the current advanced technology, i.e. high reliability, operability, available maintenance base or service center in mainland China, more than 2 years of operation experience in at least two units (sets) of the equipment with identical technical performance in mainland China and Europe in the last five years, and it is required to offer the users’ proof documents.

2. Interested potential bidders can obtain further information and review the bidding documents from Sinochem International Tendering Co., Ltd.

3. Interested potential bidders can purchase the tender documents every day starting from July 6th to July 26th 2pm 2012, (except holidays) from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm (Beijing Time) at the following locations, each set (package) of this tender documents valued 5000 RMB or 787 U.S. dollars without refund after sales. (If you need electronic version (PDF format), you shall additionally pay RMB 500.00 yuan or 150.00 U.S. dollars; mail-order requires extra RMB 200.00 yuan or 30.00 U.S. dollars).
